Finnish warehouse: 

Typically, all orders placed before 14.00 are shipped the same day. 

Finland: 1 to 2 business days. 

Baltic and Nordic countries: 1 to 3 business days. 

In other EU countries: Generally between 3 to 5 business days.

Bulk Orders 

Currently, we are offering free shipping for all orders that include more than five products.

*However, we need to assess the shipping costs for each order based on the destination country. If the shipping costs turn out to be significantly high and if we will have to add some of these costs to the order we will inform you accordingly.

Dropshipping orders and orders below 5 items

For drop shipping customers, we are adding shipping costs, which may vary depending on the country and the warehouse location. Currently, all our products are stored in our Finnish warehouse, but we plan to move some of our stock to our Polish warehouse soon. If you are interested in dropshipping products in Central or Southern Europe with better shipping rates, please let us know. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Our payment terms are designed to be flexible and convenient for our customers, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Below are the details of our payment terms and methods:

1. Payment Methods:

   • Business Invoice: Recommended for orders over €1,000. This method allows businesses to receive and process payments through their invoicing systems.
   • PayPal: A secure and quick way to make payments online, suitable for both small and large transactions.

   • Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. This method is ideal for fast and secure payments for orders of any size.

2. Pre-Orders:

   • For pre-orders exceeding €2,000, a 30% upfront payment is required. The remaining balance will be due before the delivery of the order.

3. General Payment Terms:

   • All payments should be made according to the specified method chosen at the time of order.
   • For orders over €1,000, we strongly recommend using a business invoice as the payment method to streamline the transaction process.
   • Payment details, including due dates for upfront and remaining balances, will be clearly communicated at the time of order and included in the invoice or payment request.
